师生互动的课堂,是理想的课堂。教师充满爱心和童心,蹲下身子,去倾听孩子的心声。孩子扬起稚嫩的脸庞,忽闪着智慧的眼睛,高高举起小手,用他们灵动的思维,飞扬的神采来装点课堂。小学语文课堂应宽容个性,允许学生犯个小错,教师积极引导让他们明白事理。为了走进学生的内心世界,教师要把自己身子放得低一些,慢慢行走在教育之路上。学生大部分时间都是在校园中度过的。于是,作为小学语文教师,应该思索着这样一个问题:应该给孩子一个什么样的
