第一时间获取线索是刑事案件能否破获的决胜一步,随着科技不断发展,利用电子物证获取侦查线索,逐渐成为刑侦部门获取线索的主要方式。电子物证检验相较于其他检验技术,更加科学严谨,因此在日常刑侦案件的破获中占据着不可或缺的地位。因此本文将对电子物证检验进行简要分析,以期为刑侦部门的电子物证检验工作提供可供参考的理论依据。
The first time to obtain clues is the criminal case can crack the winning one step. With the continuous development of science and technology, the use of electronic material evidence to obtain clues to investigation has gradually become the main way criminal investigation departments to obtain clues. Compared with other inspection techniques, the inspection of electronic material evidence is more scientific and rigorous, and thus occupies an indispensable position in the routine detection of criminal cases. Therefore, this article will conduct a brief analysis of electronic evidence verification, with a view to provide a theoretical basis for the investigation of electronic evidence of criminal investigation department for reference.
