患者,女,41岁。因胸闷、心悸4年,反复发作性昏厥、抽搐4天于1988年7月27日晚9时急诊入院。4年前劳累后感胸闷、心悸,曾间断昏厥、抽搐2次,均自行缓解。当地医院考虑“心脏病”未予特殊治疗.此后可从事一般家务劳动。入院前4天又因劳累上述症状加重,且出现反复发作性昏厥5次,每次发作均突然抽搐、意识不清、二便失禁,但无口吐白沫,持续3～5分钟自行缓解。体检:体温36.5℃,脉搏26次/分,血压26/14kpa 无聋哑,发育正常,营养一般,口唇无紫绀,颈静脉无怒张,两肺呼吸音清晰。心浊音界略
Patient, female, 41 years old. Due to chest tightness, palpitations 4 years, recurrent episodes of fainting, convulsions 4 days in July 27, 1988 at 9 o’clock emergency admission. 4 years ago, fatigue, chest tightness, palpitations, had intermittent fainting, convulsions 2 times, all on their own ease. The local hospital considered “heart disease” without special treatment and was able to do general housework thereafter. Four days before admission due to fatigue, the above symptoms aggravated, and recurrent episodes of fainting 5 times, each episode of sudden convulsions, unconsciousness, two incontinence, but no foices spit, sustained 3 to 5 minutes to ease. Physical examination: body temperature 36.5 ℃, pulse 26 beats / min, blood pressure 26 / 14kpa no deaf, normal development, general nutrition, no cyanosis of the lips, neck vein without tension, clear breath sounds of both lungs.
