教育是一门艺术,只有走进学生心灵的教育才是真正的教育。爱是教育的原动力,教师的关爱是学生心灵的阳光;是学生心灵成长的甘露。是沟通师生情感的桥梁;是维系和谐师生关系的纽带。是学生蓬勃向上的温床;是学生健康成长的保护伞。教师要热爱学生、关心学生;动之以情,晓之以理;创造激情,让所有学生都抬头走路,以此造就学生完美的个性特征。这才是爱的教育、艺术的教育、成功的教育。
Education is an art, and education that goes into the soul of students is the real education. Love is the driving force of education, teacher care is the sunshine of students ’minds; it is the dew of students’ spiritual growth. Is to bridge the emotional relationship between teachers and students; is to maintain the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Is a thriving hotbed of students; is an umbrella for the healthy growth of students. Teachers should love students and care for students. They should be passionate and sensible. They should create enthusiasm so that all students can walk their heads to create perfect personality characteristics. This is love education, art education, successful education.
