随着细菌对抗生素耐药的日趋严重 ,细菌的耐药机制已成为目前研究的重要课题。本文总结近年的有关文献 ,从分子生物学角度探讨了细菌的耐药机制以及相应的对策。
With the increasing resistance of bacteria to antibiotics, bacterial resistance mechanism has become an important issue in current research. This article summarizes the recent literature, from the perspective of molecular biology to explore the mechanisms of bacterial resistance and the corresponding countermeasures.
