患者,男,47岁。1987年11月无意中发现左上腹有一包块,于12月23日入院。既往无特殊病史,曾在1986年8月出现无痛性肉眼血尿2天,无发热、腰痛、浮肿等,一直参加劳动。入院体检:体温正常,形体消瘦,心肺正常,腹软,肝脾未触及。左上腹膨隆,可触及一椭圆形儿头大包块,表面光滑,质地柔韧,边界清楚,无触痛,活动度小,叩诊呈浊音。实验室检查:血、尿常规正常,尿沉渣未见癌细胞,24小时尿3次未见抗酸杆菌。尿培养(-)。肝功正常。肾功:尿素氮6.7mmol/L,肌酊88.4μmol/L,CO_2CP19.6
