泉州是民营饭店发达的代表性城市之一,民营饭店引进职业经理人进行管理已经成为比较普遍的现象。通过访谈,文章认为经理人接管饭店同时会给业主带来决策风险、品牌风险、道德风险、沟通风险、人力资源风险五大风险。在此基础上,以控制论、系统论和风险管理理论为基础建立相应的风险控制模型,并结合泉州民营饭店发展实际提出风险控制的建议。
Quanzhou is one of the representative cities where private hotels are developed. The introduction of professional managers into private hotels has become a common phenomenon. Through interviews, the article believes that the manager will take over the hotel at the same time will bring the owners risk decision-making, brand risk, moral hazard, communication risk, human resources risk five major risks. On this basis, the corresponding risk control model is established on the basis of cybernetics, system theory and risk management theory. Based on the actual development of private hotels in Quanzhou, risk control suggestions are proposed.
