根据力学原理研究设计了一种新的平板整体摩擦阻力测量方法——位移传感器测力法,并依此制作了一套高精度非接触式测力系统。从理论和实验上对此法的准确性、可靠性、灵敏度和误差范围进行了估计、对比和分析。另外,对此系统的静态和动态测量性能也分别进行了实验研究。实验结果表明这种方法具有灵敏度高、准确度好、误差小、测力量程宽、不干扰流场、易于装卸和移动等优点。
According to the mechanics principle, a new method of measuring the friction resistance of the flat plate is put forward, that is the displacement sensor measuring method, and a set of high-precision non-contact force measuring system has been made. The accuracy, reliability, sensitivity and error range of this method are estimated, compared and analyzed theoretically and experimentally. In addition, the static and dynamic measurement performance of the system are also studied separately. Experimental results show that this method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good accuracy, small error, wide measuring range, non-interference with the flow field, easy handling and moving.
