本文报告带蒂颅骨瓣修复颌面部骨缺损4例,讨论了该瓣设计及制备,供区处理,认为颅骨瓣是目前修复颌面部骨缺损更理想的供骨。
In this paper, four cases of maxillofacial defects were reported with pedicled skull flap. The design and preparation of the flap were discussed. It was considered that the skull flap was the more ideal bone for repairing maxillofacial defects.
