In 2010, Wuming County People’s Court of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region conducted a first instance verdict on the pollution liability of Baoqiao Forest Plant, Luke Brickyard, Huangru Yong, Huang Jianfeng and Huang Hongqin. Wuming County, Puqiao plant refused to accept the first instance verdict, appealed to Nanning Intermediate People’s Court. In 2011, the court of second instance made the final judgment to maintain the second, third and fourth decisions in the first instance verdict, changing the first item to be: Wumingqiao Wulingqiao Wuminghua Reparation for the economic losses of the appellee Li Yuede of RMB183.75; The appellee Li Yuede economic loss of 428.75 yuan.
