1 工程概况新百大厦地处南京市中心,为大型综合性大厦,总建筑面积约15万m~2;其中主楼地上60层,地下3层,建筑高度为221.40m,建筑面积约9万m~2,结构形式为框筒结构;裙楼地上8层,地下2层,建筑高度为34.50m,建筑面积约6万m~2,结构形式为框架结构.该建筑建成后将成为南京市又一个标志性建筑.主楼建筑平面是一个直径为38m的圆形,其周边分布12根从基础底板至地上8层的劲性钢筋混凝土组合柱,柱截面为1200×1800mm的矩形,内配800×1000mm、板厚30mm的劲性工字形钢柱,混凝土强度等级为C60.
