本文叙述了国内外拖拉机不拆卸检查技术的发展概况,对我国农村广泛使用的手扶拖拉机,从提高经济效益、节约能源出发,进行了不拆卸检查技术的研究,提出了适合农村使用的手扶拖拉机不拆卸检测仪器和相应的测试方法,其中包括小型简易移动式液力测功器和油耗测量装置等。为了向农村提供科学管理和维修手扶拖拉机所必要的技术依据,作者还编制了东风—12型手扶拖拉机技术状态检查规范,比较系统、全面地提出了该型拖拉机技术检查的项目、技术要求和检查方法,可供有关单位参考使用。
