肩性难产是指头先露,胎头娩出后,肩部嵌子骨盆入口上方造成的难产。是一种不常见的分娩并发症,为围产儿死亡原因之一。现将二例肩性难产报告如下。病例介绍1.韦×住院号3787 1/1孕38周,于89年12月3日晨2时入院,3时15分宫口开大3cm,至7Am宫口渐开大6cm,8时宫口仍6cm,活跃期迟缓给予破膜处理,11时50分宫口开大8cm,因活跃期迟缓给静滴催产素,14时30分宫口开全,16时40分胎
