新一轮医改对基层医疗卫生机构重新进行了功能定位,要求乡镇卫生院主动转变健康服务方式,坚持基本医疗服务和基本公共卫生服务同举并重,开展健康管理团队服务,以服务人群健康为中心,建立医防协作、医防互促的新型健康服务模式。该文对射阳县开展乡镇卫生院健康管理团队服务试点工作进行总结,分析目前存在困难,提出相应建议,为下一步全面开展农村健康管理团队服务提供建议和参考。
