研究了钼尾矿的粉磨特性。利用钼尾矿替代水泥制备胶凝材料,研究了尾矿掺量、尾矿粒度、水胶比对发泡水泥力学性能和干密度的影响。试验结果表明,钼尾矿的易磨性远优于矿渣;掺尾矿发泡水泥的适宜配合比为:水泥掺量90%,尾矿掺量10%,粉磨时间80min,水胶比0.52。此条件下制备的保温材料28d龄期时,抗压强度和干密度分别为0.47MPa和242kg/m3。
The grinding characteristics of molybdenum tailing were studied. The cementitious material was prepared by substituting molybdenum tailings with cement, and the effect of tailings content, tailing grain size and water / binder ratio on mechanical properties and dry density of foamed cement was studied. The test results show that the wear resistance of molybdenum tailings is much better than that of slag. The suitable blending ratio of tailing-foam cement is 90% of cement, 10% of tailings, 80min of grinding time, 0.52 . Under this condition, the compressive strength and dry density of the insulation material prepared at 28d are 0.47MPa and 242kg / m3 respectively.
