7月1日，是中国共产党的80周年华诞，在这伟大的日子里，“中国税收征管信息系统”（CTAIS软件）在我省国税系统全面启用，这是全省国税系统2．6万多干部职工向党的生日献上的一份厚礼！ 当总局于今年4月份确定山东省国税系统为全国首批全面推行CTAIS软件的试点单位时，省局立刻提出了争取在7月1日全省上线运行的奋斗目标。时间之紧、任务之重、工作量之大、困难阻力之多、技术要求之高，是难以想象的。为了确保这一目标的实现，全省国税系统立刻展开了一场规模空前的万人大会战。 从4月中旬到5月底，短短1个半月的时间里，除青岛、烟台、潍坊、威海、日照5个先期上线的单位外，省局为后期上线的12个市国税局培训400多名软件应用业务技术骨干，各地自行培训7900多人； 在6月份的20多天时间里，12个市国税局就整理、审核、录入数据8900多万笔，动用PC机1300多台，直接参与录入的人员3400多人，将近39万户纳税人信息录入了CTAIS系统，系统内有近半的人员参加了CTAIS推行的相关工作； 为了改善CTAIS软件的运行环境，全省改造建设了17个市级局数据处理中心机房。 在设备采购方面，仅微机、打印机、路由器、UPS、专用空调等设备和大型数据库，就投入近4000万元，加上各地用于设备购置和网络升级改造的费用，?
