最近到几个中小型国有企业(微利或盈利企业)搞调查,了解职工的反映,没想到职工们提出了-一些对推行现代企业制度改革和命令改革的不同意见:1、报上老是喊“企业改革已到了非改不可的时候了”,是谁代表企业、代表工人喊出来的呢?我们职工可没认为非改不可,企业也没这么认为。2、企业改革是任务呢,还是企业本身的需要或职工的愿望?3、现在拼命搞公司制的改革,我们
Recently, several small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises (profit-making or profit-making enterprises) engaged in investigations to understand the staff’s response. They did not expect workers to raise some different opinions on the implementation of modern enterprise system reforms and order reforms: 1. The newspapers always shouted “The time when corporate reform has reached a point of non-improvement,” was it who shouted on behalf of the company and on behalf of the workers? Our employees did not think it was necessary to change them. Companies did not think so. 2. Is enterprise reform a task or is it the needs of the enterprise itself or the wishes of the employees? 3.
