本文介绍了克炼KH150BS加氢油在85W/90GL-5车辆齿轮油中的应用。结果表明:以克炼KH150BS加氢油、MVI500调制85W/90GL-5车辆齿轮油,使用RHY4206复合剂调制,各项理化分析结果达到GB13895规格要求,模拟性能评价结果满足指标要求。RHY4206复合剂在加氢油中适应性比较好。
This article describes the Kilo KH150BS hydrogenated oil in 85W / 90GL-5 vehicle gear oil applications. The results showed that the gear oil of 85W / 90GL-5 was prepared by using KH150BS hydrogenation oil and MVI500, and RHY4206 complexing agent was used for the preparation. The physicochemical analysis results meet the specifications of GB13895 and the simulation results meet the requirements of the index. RHY4206 complex in the hydrogenation oil adaptability is better.
