由于海峡两岸文化的同根性以及法治思想的同一性,决定了两岸法律文化在传承和建构中面临着共同的任务和目标。但由于我国台湾地区不同的历史际遇及社会发展等诸多方面的原因,又呈现出明显的异质化表现。时至今日,两岸法律文化的融合已经成为一个势不可挡的趋势,因此两岸应当多进行法律文化方面的接触交流,相互分享,撷取所长,共同进步,走向更加美好的未来。
Because of the same root of culture across the Taiwan Straits and the sameness of the thought of the rule of law, the legal cultures across the Taiwan Strait face common tasks and goals in their inheritance and construction. However, due to the different historical conditions and social development in Taiwan of our country and many other reasons, it has also shown obvious heterogeneity. Up to now, the integration of the legal cultures across the Taiwan Strait has become an overwhelming trend. Therefore, more cross-Strait exchanges and exchanges in law and culture should be conducted, sharing with each other, gaining directorship, making progress together and moving towards a better future.
