今年来,随着煤炭企业产业体系的不断发展,对于煤炭企业的财务管理也提出了新的要求。现代煤炭企业财务管理的要求是,需要管理人员对企业有一定的改革创新意识,对于企业的管理要整体化和统一化,把财务管理当作企业工作中的关键部分来进行实现和工作,努力做到以基本点延续到整体的促进作用。笔者主要分析了当前财务管理中大体情况和形势,探讨了煤炭企业改革中财务管理方面仍然存在的问题,为未来煤炭企业改革中的财务管理分析提供了相关的理论依据和实际经验。
