一、提高教员素质重在多方位多年来,我们党校采取多种形式、多渠道、多方位等方式方法,提高教员政治思想素质和业务能力。由于我们是企业党校,不同于一般的党校,在教员配备上没有专业化,多数教员又是半路出家,自身所学的专业知识于本岗位又不相适应,且从没从事过此种教学工作,这样,给教学工作带来了诸多不便因素。面对这种情况,我们采取灵活多变的方式、方法,来提高教员素质,鼓励教员克服困难,走上讲台。
