公文标题造成歧义的情况在各级机关和各类单位公文之中时有发生,表现形式多种多样。下面,分类列举实例进行评改。(一)缺少介词“关于”介词“关于”在标题中不可随意滥用,也不可随意不用。没有“关于”分割,发文机关和事由直接发生联系,消除了发文机关对文种的限制,不仅改变了标题的结构,而且往往容易出现语病,影响公文主要内容的表达。这在发文机关不属于事由中的动词所表
The ambiguities of the title of the official document have taken place from time to time in official documents of various organs and units at various levels and have varied forms of expression.
