最近,中国著名经济学家白和金先生强调指出:结构调整应突破体制“瓶颈”。我对这个观点十分赞同。早在三年前,就有人说中国已经进入“过剩经济”时代。我一直对此持不同的看法,在一些研讨会上也发表过自己的观点,自然常常引起一番争论。我认为中国目前所谓的经济过剩,只不过是一种假象。现在中国人均 GDP 只有860美元,真正的过剩经济还远得很。退一步说,即使存在过剩经济那也是传统经济意义上的、低水平的。
Recently, Mr. Bai Hejin, a famous Chinese economist, emphasized that structural adjustment should break through the bottleneck of the system. I agree very much with this view. As early as three years ago, some people said that China has entered an era of “surplus economy.” I have always held a different view on this and have also expressed my views at some seminars. Often, it often leads to controversy. I think the so-called economic surplus in China is merely an illusion. Now that China’s per capita GDP is only 860 U.S. dollars, the real excess economy is still far behind. Step back and say even in the case of excess economy, it is also traditionally economically low-level.
