电气操作票制度是电力系统运行管理中一种防止误操作的安全有效措施。根据县级调度中心的特点,设计了一个功能完备的电网调度操作票自动生成系统,同时将多智能体理论应用于操作票自动生成系统中,建立了多智能体模型。在此模型的基础上,重点研究了多智能体与SCADA系统之间的通信机制,研究了多智能体间的协作控制策略和通信协调机制,实现了多智能体间的协作开票功能,并将其应用于某县级调度中心。实践证明了该多智能体模型的有效性和实用性。
Electrical operation ticket system is a safe and effective measure to prevent misoperation in power system operation and management. According to the characteristics of county-level dispatch center, a fully-automatic operation system of dispatching tickets for power grids was designed. At the same time, multi-agent theory was applied to the operation ticket automatic generation system, and a multi-agent model was established. Based on this model, the communication mechanism between multi-agent and SCADA system is studied emphatically, and the cooperation control strategy and communication coordination mechanism among multi-agent are researched, and the cooperative invoicing function among multi-agents is realized. It applies to a county-level dispatch center. Practice shows that the multi-agent model is effective and practical.
