随着经济全球化的迅速发展,我国已进入知识经济时代。为适应经济发展的需要,我国实行“科教兴国,人才强国”战略,由此可见,人才资源在二十一世纪对于企业发展是多么地重要。因此,一个行之有效的人力资源管理模式对于企业发展是至关重要的。它不仅能从激烈的市场竞争中挑选出适合企业发展的优秀人才,还能为企业创造出更多价值,使之在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文将对现阶段企业人力资源管理模式中存在的优点与不足做一个简单的分析,然后就如何为企业构建一个合理的人力资源管理模式提出一些建议。
With the rapid development of economic globalization, our country has entered the era of knowledge economy. In order to meet the needs of economic development, our country implements the strategy of “rejuvenating our country through science and education and strengthening our nation with talents”. From this we can see how important talent resources are for the development of the enterprise in the 21st century. Therefore, an effective human resource management model is crucial to the development of the enterprise. It can not only select the best talents for the development of the enterprise from the fierce market competition, but also create more value for the enterprise and make it invincible in the fierce market competition. This article will do a simple analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the present enterprise human resource management mode, and then put forward some suggestions on how to build a reasonable human resource management mode for the enterprise.
