直肠癌前切除术（Dixon术）吻合口瘘是临床常见并发症。我院自1994年6月起采用Ganlbce缝合法吻合结直肠，新洁尔灭左半结肠及直肠灌洗、吻合口瘘发生显著降低。1临床资料1994年6月至1998年6月对35例直肠癌患者行Dixon术。其中男19例，女16例．年龄范围为五～77岁。肿瘤位于腹膜
