本文在明确高职院校党员服务社区群众意义的基础上,运用社工视角分析高职院校党组织服务社区群众的主要途径,并提出了高职院校党组织服务社区群众绩效评估的主要方法。
On the basis of clarifying the significance of the party members serving the community in higher vocational colleges, this paper uses the perspective of social workers to analyze the main ways that the Party organizations in the higher vocational colleges serve the community, and puts forward the main methods of the party organizations in the higher vocational colleges to serve the community performance evaluation .
