目的探讨奥林匹克学生志愿者参与奥运会服务前后的心理变化情况,为相关研究提供依据。方法根据自愿参与的原则,运用个性成熟度量表和自信心量表对2008年奥运会期间服务于奥林匹克北区场馆群射箭场的学生志愿者进行测评。结果奥运后学生志愿者个性成熟度(P<0.01)和自信心(P<0.05)得分都有所提高,不同部门的提高程度不同,女性差异较男性更为明显。结论奥运会作为强刺激因子,对学生志愿者的个性成熟度和自信心起促进作用。
Objective To explore the psychological changes of Olympic student volunteers before and after the Olympic Games service and provide the basis for the related research. Methods According to the principle of voluntary participation, the students’ volunteers who serve the archery field of the Olympic Stadium in the 2008 Olympic Games were evaluated using the personality maturity scale and self-confidence scale. Results After the Olympic Games, the scores of individual maturity (P <0.01) and self-confidence (P <0.05) of students’ volunteers all increased. The improvement of different departments was different. Conclusion The Olympic Games as a strong stimulating factor, which can promote the individual maturity and self-confidence of student volunteers.
