医院的智力投资是一项加速人才成长、提高医疗护理质量、保障人民身体健康、促进社会进步的系统工程。我院39年来始终重视智力投资,根据工作需要订出“长期坚持、学用一致”的培训计划,造就了一支又红又专的技术队伍。1951年建院初期医护人员只有4名,现在有医务人员61名,而且职称档次齐全,人才结构合理。在加快麻风防治步伐、提高医疗科研质量、扩大服务范围中发挥着积极作用。麻风防治由于有其特殊性(象有传染性、业务单调、环境偏僻、生活艰苦……等),加上各种心理因素(象受岐视等),长期以来专业技术人员奇缺、水平较低、素质较差。经反复研究,从1958年开始订出“长期坚持、学用一致”的计划,把积极培养人员作为重大战略问题来抓,下决
