目的 :对胃肠癌P53 、P2 1ras、c -erbB - 2、nm2 3/NDPK ,PCNA过表达进行对比分析 ,探讨胃肠癌中多种基因单独、共同表达及肿瘤发生、发展的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学S -P法 ,同时检测 5 5例胃癌和 6 0例大肠癌中P53 、P2 1ras、c -erbB - 2、nm2 3/NDPK、PCNA的表达。结果 :P53 、P2 1ras、c -erbB - 2、PCNA过表达及nm2 3/NDPK低表达与胃肠癌浸润、转移有关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;两个及两个以上基因过表达在胃癌中为 72 7% ,大肠癌中70 %。胃肠癌中P53 与P2 1ras、c -erbB - 2、PCNA表达呈正相关 ,P2 1ras与c -erbB - 2、PCNA表达也呈正相关 ,nm2 3/NDPK与P53 、P2 1ras表达呈负相关。结论 :P53 、P2 1ras、PCNA、c -erbB - 2、nm2 3/NDPK可作为临床判断胃、肠癌生物学行为的有用指标
OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the overexpression of P53, P2 ras, c-erbB-2, nm2 3 / NDPK and PCNA in gastrointestinal cancer and to explore the relationship between the expression of multiple genes and the occurrence and development of cancer in gastrointestinal cancer. Methods: The expressions of P53, P2 ras, c-erbB-2, nm23 / NDPK and PCNA in 55 cases of gastric carcinoma and 60 cases of colorectal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: The overexpression of P53, P2 ras, c - erbB - 2, PCNA and the expression of nm23 / NDPK were correlated with the infiltration and metastasis of gastric cancer (P <0.05). The overexpression of two or more genes in gastric cancer In 72 7%, 70% in colorectal cancer. There was a positive correlation between the expression of P53 and P2 ras, c - erbB - 2 and PCNA in the patients with gastrointestinal cancer, the expression of P2 ras was positively correlated with the expression of c - erbB - 2 and PCNA, and the expression of nm23 / NDPK was negatively correlated with the expression of. Conclusion: P53, P2 1 ras, PCNA, c-erbB-2, nm2 3 / NDPK can be used as useful indicators in the clinical judgment of the biological behavior of gastric and intestinal cancer
