2012年1月10日,卫生部部长陈竺在2012年全国中医药工作会议上指出,中医药事业进入了历史上最好的发展时期,要准确把握卫生改革发展的新形势和新任务,在深化医改中进一步发挥好中医药作用,落实好相关政策措施,弘扬中医药文化,推进学术进步,把中医药更好地融合到医改大局当中。为此,陈竺提出4点要求。
