目的:为了探讨肺癌患者外周血中可溶性细胞间粘附因子-l(sICAM-1)的表达及其临床意义。方法:对38例肺癌患者及30例正常人的外周血进行了检测,用ELISA法检测血清中的sICAM-1表达。结果:38例肺癌患者外周血sICAM-l表达高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且部分存在明显的远处转移和胸腔积液的肺癌患者的sICAM-1表达较高。结论:外周血中sICAM-1的高表达可能作为一种特异性的肿瘤标志,而且其高表达可能与肺癌的浸润程度相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: Peripheral blood from 38 patients with lung cancer and 30 normal controls were detected. The expression of sICAM-1 in serum was detected by ELISA. Results: The expression of sICAM-1 in peripheral blood of 38 patients with lung cancer was higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.01), and the expression of sICAM-1 was higher in patients with lung cancer with distant metastasis and pleural effusion. Conclusion: The high expression of sICAM-1 in peripheral blood may serve as a specific tumor marker, and its high expression may be related to the degree of invasion of lung cancer.
