受到衍射晕的影响,实验测得条纹极小值位置与极大值位置並不与|J_0(x)|~2的极小值与极大值位置重合,发生偏差。本文由理论计算证明:由条纹极小值计算的误差比由极大值计算的为小。若条纹间隔不变,衍射晕大时所求的条纹间隔的误差比衍射晕小时为小。又对比大时所求得的条纹间隔误差比对比小时为小,这些在光电扫描时必须考虑矫正:
Due to the influence of diffraction halo, the minimum and maximum positions of the fringes measured by the experiment do not coincide with the minimum and maximum positions of | J_0 (x) | ~ 2, and deviations occur. In this paper, theoretical calculations show that the error calculated from the minimum of fringes is smaller than that calculated from the maximum. If the fringe spacing remains constant, the error of the fringe spacing required for the diffraction halo is smaller than when the fringe halo is small. In contrast, the stripe spacing error obtained for a larger time is smaller than that for a contrasting one. These corrections must be considered during the photoelectric scan:
