我从七十年代初开始干政工,至今已有二十多年了。我当过队上的政工员、团支部书记、党支部书记,也当过党办主任、工会主席。现任处党总支书记。这其间的沧桑变化我都经过,这其中的酸甜苦辣我都尝过。我有过彷惶时的郁闷,也有过收获时的喜悦。 我刚到政工部门工作时,尽管是出出黑板报,写写广播稿,不时地跟别人搞搞外调,那别人就高看一眼。岗位荣耀,年纪又轻,又要求进步,工作上那个卖力劲就甭提了。七十年代后期,思想政治工作开始滑坡,我在别人眼里也和原先不一样
