对电子束重着色的NaF∶Mg~(++)(0.1w~+%)晶体在室温至400℃范围内,以20℃/分恒定加热速率共得到七个TL峰,与纯NaF类似。逐一退除TL峰所得到晶体硬度变化以及吸收谱的测量也与纯NaF晶体相似。但低温端Ⅰ~Ⅲ峰的性质有很大不同。Ⅰ峰是固有的,对光学再激发敏感;Ⅱ峰对光学再激发无响应;Ⅲ峰对光学再激发有响应,而且与Ⅵ峰明显地是相关峰。这些结果说明了Mg~(++)的掺入对高温端的间隙原子复位型机制的TL峰无
Seven TL peaks were obtained from electron beam re-coloring of NaF: Mg ~ (++) (0.1w ~ +%) crystals at room temperature to 400 ℃ with a constant heating rate of 20 ℃ / min, similar to pure NaF. The changes of the hardness of the crystals obtained by removing the TL peaks one by one and the measurement of the absorption spectrum are also similar to the pure NaF crystals. However, the properties of the peak Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ at the low temperature are very different. Peak I is inherently sensitive to optical re-excitation; peak II is not responsive to optical re-excitation; peak III is responsive to optical re-excitation and is clearly related to peak VI. These results show that there is no TL peak at the interstitial reset mechanism of Mg ~ (++)
