为了优化大棚棚架结构,节省投资,设计出一种新型的竹—PVA纤维混凝土组合结构拱架。将两组PVA纤维混凝土边桁架和一个由环氧树脂粘结而成的T型截面竹拱梁通过一定方式连接形成一榀竹—PVA纤维混凝土大棚棚架。两边为由钢筋骨架、PVA纤维混凝土组成的混凝土边桁架,中间为由竹胶板粘结而成的T型截面竹拱梁。该结构兼具竹结构经济性和混凝土结构强度高、耐久性好的优点。
In order to optimize the structure of greenhouse scaffolding and save investment, a new bamboo-PVA fiber reinforced concrete composite arch was designed. Two sets of PVA fiber reinforced concrete side truss and a T-shaped cross-section bamboo arch bonded by epoxy resin are connected by a certain way to form a scallop-PVA fiber concrete scaffolding. On both sides of the steel skeleton, PVA fiber reinforced concrete concrete side truss, in the middle by the bamboo plate bonded T-shaped cross-section bamboo arch beam. The structure combines the advantages of bamboo structure economy and high strength concrete structure, durability and good.
