中职院校德育教育的重要改革方向就是加强学生的思想道德教育与职业道德教育之间的联系。中职学校的教育从以往重点关注学生的课堂教学转变为着重培养学生的动手应用能力,使其具备较强的实践能力。德育教育的改革更加注重对学生思想层面的教育,帮助学生树立正确的价值观念,使学生具备良好的社会道德以及职业道德。文章分析了中职院校在德育教育中存在的一些典型问题,希望能够使教学工作的参与者认识到只有采取有效的措施才能使改革取得应有的成效。
The important reform direction of moral education in vocational colleges is to strengthen the connection between students’ ideological and moral education and professional ethics education. Secondary vocational school education from the previous focus on the students’ classroom teaching to focus on training students ability to apply, to have a strong practical ability. The reform of moral education places more emphasis on the education of students’ ideological level, helping students to establish correct values and enable students to have good social morals and professional ethics. The paper analyzes some typical problems in moral education in secondary vocational schools and hopes to make participants in teaching work realize that effective reform can be achieved only if effective measures are taken.
