以往对人精浆中游离氨基酸的研究比较少,有关输精管切除术和再吻合术前后精浆中游离氨基酸变化的情况几乎未见报道。据此,作者调查了人输精管切除术和再吻合术前后精浆中游离氨基酸的变化,以探求其临床意义。调查对象共13例。其中11例为要求不育而行输精管切除术者,年龄29~46岁;2例为既往已作输精管切除术现又重新要求再育而行输精管再吻合术者,年龄分别为35岁和47岁。输精管切除术者在手术前及术后一个月收集精液,输精管再吻合术者在术前和术后2周或4个月收集精液。所得精液均在3小时内通过全自动氨基酸分析仪分析精浆中的游离氨基酸。
In the past, there were few studies on free amino acids in human seminal plasma, and almost no reports on changes of free amino acids in seminal plasma before and after vasectomy and re-anastomosis were reported. Accordingly, the authors investigated the changes of free amino acids in seminal plasma before and after vasectomy and re-anastomosis to explore its clinical significance. A total of 13 subjects surveyed. Among them, 11 were those requiring vasectomy for infertility, aged 29 to 46 years; 2 were those who had previously undergone vasectomy and were re- demanded to undergo re-vas deferens re-anastomosis, 35 and 47 years of age year old. Vasectomies were collected one month prior to surgery and one month after surgery, and semen was collected preoperatively and two weeks or four months after vasectomy. The semen obtained was analyzed for free amino acids in the seminal plasma by a fully automated amino acid analyzer within 3 hours.
