全国政协副主席、原海军副司令员邓兆祥将军,是中国历史上唯一一位经历过三个时代海军的人,如今他年过90,身体健康,精神矍铄,思维敏捷,口齿清晰。当我们登门采访问及他曾在中国海军史上走过的路,为海军事业所进行的奋斗时,这位老海军兴致盎然,记忆犹新。
General Deng Siu-hsiang, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and former deputy commander of the Navy, is the only man in the history of China who has experienced naval forces of three eras. Now he is over 90 years old. He is healthy, energetic, quick in thinking and articulate in his speech. When we interviewed him and asked about the road he had traveled in the history of the Chinese navy and the struggle for the navy, the old navy was still alive and remembered.
