预应力薄腹梁在生产、起吊、运输过程中,因某个环节处理不当都可能出现侧向弯曲。严重的侧向弯曲,可导致本来对称的预应力钢筋一侧缩短,另一侧伸长,使两侧预应力钢筋不能均衡负荷共同工作。缩短的一侧由于预应力筋的放松,使预应力受到损失,而另一侧伸长的预应力筋,又会产生对穿筋孔道壁的相对侧向张力,使穿筋孔道壁产生裂纹,致使预应力薄腹梁不能正常使用。因此,防止预应力薄腹梁侧向弯曲的产生值得引起重视。
During the production, lifting and transportation of prestressed thin-web beams, lateral bending may occur due to improper handling of a certain link. Severe lateral bending can lead to the shortening of one side of the pre-stressed steel bar that is originally symmetrical, and the other side to be stretched, so that the prestressed steel bars on both sides cannot work with a balanced load. On the shortened side, due to the relaxation of the prestressing tendons, the prestressing force is lost. On the other hand, the prestressed tendons that are stretched on the other side will produce a relative lateral tension on the perforated tendon walls, causing cracks in the perforated tendon walls. As a result, prestressed thin webs cannot be used normally. Therefore, the prevention of lateral bending of prestressed thin-web beams deserves attention.
