近期,省委印发了《关于贯彻落实〈中共中央关于建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要〉的实施意见》,这标志着我省惩防体系建设进入了实质性阶段。《实施意见》围绕教育防范、权力规范、监督制约、查办惩处等方面制定了许多制度。如何有效落实这些制度,是摆在各级各部门面前的一个重大课题。我认为要使惩防体系的各项制度落到实处,必须在以下几个方面下功夫:
Recently, the Provincial Party Committee issued the Implementation Opinions on Implementing the Implementation Outline of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Establishing and Perfecting the System of Punishing and Preventing Corruption, Equal Attention to Education, System and Supervision, which signified that the construction of the punishment and prevention system in our province has entered a substantive stage . The Opinions on Opinions set out a number of systems around education prevention, power standardization, supervision and restriction, investigation and punishment and so on. How to effectively implement these systems is an important issue before all departments and departments at all levels. In my opinion, if we want to make the system of punishment and prevention system a reality, we must work hard in the following aspects:
