鞋业是产业梯度西移的主要产业之一,其中具有相当规模的中国西部皮革城就位于璧山县“中国西部鞋都”内。作为我国中西部地区承接沿海产业转移的重要省份──四川会否因为“5.12”大地震而在承接东部产业梯度转移上陷入被动。在一些人士看来,地震可能会放大企业对四川是否安全的担心,进而造成四川与中部五省安徽、湖南、湖北、江西、河南在承接东部沿海企业产业梯度转移的竞争中陷入被动。这样的担心会成为现实吗?
Footwear is one of the major industries in which the industrial gradient moves westward. Among them, the western leather city in western China with a considerable scale is located in Bishan County and the shoes of western China. As an important province in undertaking the transfer of coastal industries in central and western regions of China, will Sichuan become passive in undertaking the gradient transfer of industries in the east because of the May 12 earthquake? In the view of some, the earthquake may magnify the concerns of enterprises about the security of Sichuan, causing the two provinces of Sichuan and central China, Anhui, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi and Henan, to fall into passive competition in undertaking the industrial gradient transfer of eastern coastal enterprises. Will such a worry become a reality?
