一个国家的科学技术水平反映了这个国家的整体实力,科学技术又与教育事业息息相关,科技发展影响教育事业的进程,教育事业的进程又决定了科技发展的速度,所以小学科学课的教育就显得尤为重要。在小学科学的教学与课程构建过程中,课程资源的开发与利用是开展课堂教学的前提,随着新课改的推进,教师在教学中要善于开发和利用各类校内校外资源,促进学生对科学知识的学习,培养学生的科学素养。在简要分析当前小学科学教学存在问题的基础上,探究在小学科学课程中如何开发和利用课程资源,以期为学生创造一个良好的学习环境。
