本文在介绍有阻尼动力减振器现有设计理论一些基本内容的基础上,着重说明采用一种新的研究方法,即阐明采用减振器与不加减振器时主质量振幅之比所表达的减振系数η=B_1/B_0的合理性。为了提高减振效果,即降低η值时,优化各影响参数的方法,得出正确使用有阻尼动力减振器的合理范围,设计时应恰当选取质量比μ。 本文还论及采用有阻尼动力减振器抑制切削颤振,以及它与无阻尼动力减振器的对比等。
In this paper, based on the introduction of some basic contents of the existing design theory of damping dynamic shock absorbers, a new research method is emphatically stated, namely, the expression of the ratio of the main mass amplitude when the shock absorber is used and without shock absorber is expressed. The rationality of the damping coefficient η=B_1/B_0. In order to improve the damping effect, that is, to reduce the η value, the methods for optimizing the influencing parameters are obtained, and the reasonable range for the correct use of a damped dynamic damper is obtained. The mass ratio μ should be appropriately selected in the design. This article also discusses the use of damped dynamic dampers to suppress cutting chatter, and its comparison with undamped dampers.
