本文通过在喷油泵试验台上测定高压油路实际压力波传播速度,论述了在油一气两相状态下,柴油机喷油系统中高压油管和喷油嘴油道内音速的变化规律,并指出造成高压油路各段音速不同的原因是高压油路内气泡分布的不均匀性。特别值得注意的是,喷油嘴油道内平均音速明显低于高压油管中的音速,这说明喷油嘴盛油槽内的气泡要多于高压油管中的气泡。
In this paper, by measuring the actual pressure wave propagation velocity of high pressure oil line on the test bench of injection pump, the variation law of the sonic velocity in the high pressure oil pipe and the injector oil channel in the diesel fuel injection system is discussed under the condition of gas-oil two-phase state. The reason for the difference in the speed of sound in each section of the oil circuit is the uneven distribution of bubbles in the high-pressure oil circuit. It is particularly noteworthy that the average speed of sound in the injector oil channel is significantly lower than the speed of sound in the high-pressure tubing, indicating that there are more bubbles in the nozzle oil tank than in the high-pressure tubing.
