针对由多个制造商和多个零售商构成的供应链网络,利用含参数的变分不等式建立了具有需求扰动的供应链网络均衡模型。首先,利用变分不等式的方法建立了需求扰动前供应链网络的均衡模型,通过该模型分析说明了供应链内部成员如何确定均衡的生产、订购和销售计划。进一步,当该均衡计划在执行过程中需求发生扰动后,利用含参数的变分不等式的方法建立了供应链网络的扰动模型,说明了供应链内部成员如何在考虑收益以及偏离成本的情况下确定新的生产、订购和销售计划,并证明了含参数变分不等式解的连续性。最后,利用数值算例说明了模型的有效性,并发现供应链环境下需求扰动的扩散性。
Aiming at the supply chain network composed of multiple manufacturers and multiple retailers, a supply chain network equilibrium model with demand disturbance is established by using the variational inequality with parameters. First of all, by using the method of variational inequality, an equilibrium model of supply chain network before demand disturbance is established. The model analyzes how to determine balanced production, ordering and sales planning among internal members in supply chain. Furthermore, when the demand of the equilibrium plan fluctuates in the process of its implementation, a perturbation model of the supply chain network is established by using the method of variational inequalities with parameters, which shows how the internal members of the supply chain can determine the returns and deviations from the costs New production, ordering and sales planning, and proved the continuity of the solution to the variational inequalities with parameters. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the model and to find out the spread of demand perturbations in the supply chain.
