目的评价复方牛胎肝提取物(安珐特)对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的治疗作用。方法将52只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和治疗组,分别于造模第8周、第12周开始给予治疗组安珐特治疗。第8和16周进行超高频超声及病理检查,测量指标包括:肝脏脂肪变程度、炎症改变、肝脏前后径、肝脏压缩值、肝脏压缩率、肝静脉内径及流速等。结果第8周模型组病理改变为脂肪变,多为中度,以小泡变性为主,第16周模型组基本为重度脂肪肝,大泡性脂肪变为主,并出现炎性细胞浸润及坏死,组间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组超声及病理学检查指标均较对照组有所改善。结论安珐特对大鼠NASH具有一定的治疗作用,超高频超声能够反映其病理变化。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Compound Fetal Bovine Liver Extract (Ampule) on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Methods 52 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and treatment group, and treated with fenfluramine for 8 weeks and 12 weeks respectively. Ultrasonographic ultrasonography and pathological examination were performed on the 8th and 16th weeks. The measurement indexes included degree of hepatic steatosis, inflammatory changes, anteroposterior diameter of the liver, liver compression value, hepatic compression rate, hepatic vein internal diameter and flow rate. Results At the 8th week, the pathological changes of the model group were steatosis, mostly moderate and mainly degeneration of vesicles. The model group at the 16th week was mainly composed of severe fatty liver and bullous fat, and inflammatory cell infiltration and Necrosis, there was a significant difference between groups (P <0.05). The treatment group ultrasound and pathological examination indicators were improved compared with the control group. Conclusion Ampule on rat NASH has a certain therapeutic effect, ultra-high frequency ultrasound can reflect the pathological changes.
