考察一线教师备课情况,笔者发现,教师单元备课多凭经验,先翻阅教材,再寻找课例,基本确定教学方案后就着手施教.至于单元课程的规划、单元重点的确定、教学活动的设计及“学习支架”的搭建,教师较少作系统思考.因为备课较为粗放,教学内容受局限,因而学生所得也就极为有限.笔者与工作坊五位教师进行二(下)第五单元集体备课,呈现以下思考,与大家讨论.
