读了周国泰“自血充填根管疗效观察”(以下简称自血疗法)有几点不同看法和作者商榷。 一、近百年来,根管治疗的目的仍然是:消除根管内的感染和一切病源刺激物,消除感染源;严密充填根管。阻断感染途径及可能残存的感染而“自血充填”未必能达此目的。虽然根管经过器械预备和药物消毒,但很周围组织的渗出液进入机体防御功能所不能达到的髓腔内,最易于细菌滋生繁殖。何况根管治疗不能完全达到消毒的目的。因此,“自血疗法”的髓腔内再感染是极难避免的。
