利用辐射聚合技术将雄激素丙酸睾丸酮固定在聚甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯载体上,制备慢释放雄激素药物的方法。此种慢释药可作为睾丸的替代物,又称人工睾丸。将制得的人工睾丸植入阉割雄兔的阴囊内,定期取血,用放射免疫法测定血清睾酮水平。结果表明人工睾丸可在动物体内稳定地释放丙酸睾丸酮,并使血清睾酮维持在429±36ng/100ml水平。植入部位周围组织切片观察未见异常,证明人工睾丸具有较好的组织相容性。
The radiation-polymerization technique was used to immobilize androgen testosterone on the poly (β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) carrier to prepare slow release of androgen. This slow-release drug can be used as a testis replacement, also known as artificial testis. The prepared artificial testis was implanted into the scrotum of castrated male rabbits, blood was taken regularly, and serum testosterone level was measured by radioimmunoassay. The results show that artificial testicles can release stable testosterone propionate in animals and maintain serum testosterone levels at 429 ± 36 ng / 100 ml. There was no abnormality in the observation of the tissue sections around the implantation site, which proved that the artificial testis had good histocompatibility.
